"The budget doesn't have much control over the government, then again the government doesn't have much control over the budget."         The budget is an annual exercise, which shows the people at large, the earning and the expenditures of the country in the past financial year. The financial year of India starts from 1st April and till 31st March of next year. With this annual exercise the government is supposed to understand where it faulted, how it could reduce the expenditure or increase its income. The Government is also supposed to evaluate as to which spheres requires mere funds and which can be curtailed, in order to strike a balance growth.        The budget of financial year 2018-19 was announced on Feb 01, 2018 by financial minister Mr. Arun Jaitley.
